| The Jets signed Kim Clackson in the summer of 1977 to provide some much-needed toughness on their blue line. He spent two seasons with the Jets, both of which ended with an AVCO Cup championship. Following the 1979-1980 season, his rights were reclaimed by the Pittsburgh Penguins and, after a season in Pittsburgh, he finished his career a year later as a member of the Quebec Nordiques. He broke into pro hockey with the Indianapolis Racers in 1975-1976 and played two seasons with the Racers before joining the Jets. |
